How long we keep your data (Retention)
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including legal, accounting, and reporting requirements. Our usual retention periods are:
- General enquiries (that do not lead to a booking): we keep inquiry messages and contact details for up to 12 months from the last contact, then delete or anonymise them.
- Bookings and event records: we keep booking details, event notes, and customer communications for up to 6 years from the event date.
- Invoices and accounting records: we keep invoices, payments, and related financial records for up to 6 years after the end of the financial year they relate to.
- Marketing (if you opt in): we keep marketing contact details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your details. We periodically remove inactive contacts after 24 months of no engagement.
- Website analytics/cookies: we keep analytics data for up to 14 months (where applicable), depending on the tools used and the settings applied.
In some cases we may keep data for longer if we must do so to comply with legal obligations, respond to complaints, or handle disputes. Where possible, we will minimise, anonymise, or securely delete data when it is no longer needed.
